Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using accounting software is an advantage but not required.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling financial information.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, record, and maintain accurate accounting entries and financial transactions.
• Assist in processing accounts payable and accounts receivable and other accounting activities.
• Reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and financial records.
• Prepare supporting schedules, reports, and documentation for month-end and year-end closing.
• Monitor and verify the completeness and accuracy of financial documents.
• Assist in preparing government reports and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
• Maintain organized accounting records and filing systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial transactions and documentation.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing required schedules and reports.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.
