Job summary

The Bullseye Group Of Companies is seeking an on-site Accountant in Pasig. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1-2 years of accounting experience is a plus. You will handle transaction verification, reporting, and month-end close.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software is expected, with strong attention to detail and time management. This full-time role offers health benefits and leave options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related fields.
• Fresh graduates with exemplary records are encouraged to apply.
• 1-2 years of working experience as an accounting staff/associate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interpret, analyze, and verify transactions for expenses, inventory, or fixed assets.
• Ensure all financial transactions are accurately documented and categorized.
• Record weekly and/or monthly customer deductions and credit notes.
• Perform adjusting journal entries, if needed, and be approved by each department head.
• Keep track of accounts receivable and payable.
• Monitor advances to the supplier and employee cash advances, and ensure proper closure of each request.
• Ensure compliance with the month-end closing.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned to support the overall goals of the organization.
• Reporting to the manager CA, SP floats, adjustment per department, SP per week, and the Nav module.
• Familiarity with the basic chart of accounts, debit and credit rules, and normal balances of accounts.
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
• Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
