Job summary

Aboex Travel And Tours is seeking an Accounting Staff to support daily accounting operations, bookkeeping, and basic tax compliance preparation in Mandaluyong. The role requires familiarity with double-entry bookkeeping, journal entries, and tax documents such as BIR Form 2307 and VAT relief.

The successful candidate will handle invoices, bank reconciliations, and coordination with internal teams, with a probable probationary period and regular Monday–Friday hours.

Qualifications

• Graduates with accounting fundamentals and knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping.
• Familiarity with BIR forms and basic tax concepts is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and basic accounting software is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping activities.
• Prepare and post journal entries following debit and credit rules.
• Organize invoices, OR/CR, vouchers, and other documents.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and cash monitoring.
• Handle BIR Form 2307, VAT relief, and alphalist documentation.
• Support year-end tax processes and related requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams on accounting matters.
• Perform other accounting tasks as assigned by Finance/Accounting Manager.
