Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in processing invoices and recording transactions.
• Familiarity with accounts receivable and monthly closings.
• Strong numerical accuracy and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, identify and review travel orders, then issue invoices to clients.
• Upload invoices to client portals or release hard copies for delivery.
• Reconcile invoices and prepare monthly client reports.
• Post transactions to journals and ledgers; reconcile credit card transactions.
• Maintain accounting journals and ledgers; enter vendor bills and client invoices.
• Verify accuracy of invoices and respond to vendor payment inquiries.
• Monitor follow-ups for due and past due bills.
• Duties may vary based on department needs.
