We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day financial tasks, help ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and journal entries
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Help with the preparation of tax documents and compliance reporting
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Participate in internal and external audits
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Accountant or Finance Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• With at least 3-5 years of work experience
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
