What You Will Own (90‑day Outcomes)

• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable – Record and manage all AP and AR entries in QuickBooks accurately and on schedule.
• Bank and Credit Card Reconciliation – Reconcile all accounts regularly, resolving discrepancies before they compound.
• Sales Tax Filing Support – Assist in preparing and filing applicable taxes accurately and on time.
• QuickBooks Data Entry – Maintain clean books through high‑quality data entry.
• Anomaly Flagging – Raise issues immediately to the Senior Accountant without waiting to be told.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required)
• Above‑99% data entry accuracy
• QuickBooks experience or the ability to learn new tools quickly

• A can‑do mentality, self‑managed time and workload without supervision
