Vision Express Philippines is seeking a Sr. Visual Merchandising Associate to support the Marketing Manager in planning and executing VM strategies across Eye Society, Sunglass Gallery, SunFactory, Casino B2B, Corporate B2B, and OTC.

The Sr. Visual Merchandising (VM) Associate supports the Marketing Manager in planning and executing visual merchandising strategies across all six revenue channels of the business unit: Eye Society, Sunglass Gallery, SunFactory, Casino B2B, Corporate B2B, and OTC. This role ensures that all visual displays, merchandising tools, and in-store executions are aligned with each channel’s brand identity, campaign direction, and business goals. He/she is responsible for the timely and consistent implementation of seasonal campaigns, promotional rollouts, and product presentations, ensuring that every customer-facing touchpoint reflects the intended brand experience and enhances commercial performance across diverse retail and non-retail formats.
CORE QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably in fine arts, communications, marketing, or other relevant fields.
With at least 3 years of work experience in a related industry, such as retail, optical, fashion, or other sectors of comparable size, complexity, and significance.
With a proven track record of leading teams and/or projects, achieving measurable brand and marketing results.
Well-versed in creative communication, graphic design, visual merchandising, and store designs.
Strong creativity, problem solving and analytical skills. Detail-oriented with a good eye for overall output.
Above-average communication skills – both written and oral – across all levels of the organization.
Proficient in using design programs such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Visual Merchandising Implementation: Plan, implement, and maintain compelling in store displays and merchandising executions across all SDG revenue channels, ensuring alignment with brand identity, campaign direction, and commercial objectives.
Store Compliance & Standardization: Ensure all stores and sales points follow approved VM guidelines, seasonal directives, and promotional setups — including store windows, focal points, and product zoning.
Cross-Channel Adaptation: Customize visual merchandising strategies per format (luxury, lifestyle, value, B2B, or OTC), ensuring consistency while adapting to space, product mix, and audience.
VM Audit & Reporting: Conduct regular store visits and photo audits to monitor implementation quality, visual consistency, and product presentation; elevate issues and provide improvement recommendations.
Fixture & Display Management: Track inventory and condition of visual tools, fixtures, and merchandising props; raise requirements for replenishment or enhancements.
Visual Calendar Management: Maintain a visual merchandising calendar tied to campaign launches, promotions, and seasonality, ensuring on-time rollouts across all relevant formats.
Market Research and Insights: Conduct research on market trends and visual merchandising best practices to provide insights and recommendations for improving visual strategies.
In-Store Customer Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with the retail team to enhance the in-store customer experience through effective visual merchandising.
Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor the effectiveness of visual merchandising and creative content, gathering feedback and analyzing performance metrics to make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Administrative and Project Support: Provide administrative support related to creative and visual merchandising projects, including managing project timelines, organizing materials, and coordinating with vendors.
Flexibility and Adaptability: Flexibility to take on additional tasks or special projects as needed to support business objectives.
