Job summary

Iron Mountain seeks an adaptable Developer, ServiceNow to join its Enterprise Technology team. You will shape how internal teams work by building custom applications, optimizing automated workflows, and implementing modern Now Assist AI capabilities across ServiceNow.

Collaborate with Solutions Architect to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions, advancing AI & automation and expanding integrations with external systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing and configuring core modules within the ServiceNow platform (such as ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HAM, SAM, CSM, or SPO).
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles and proven analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Advance AI & Automation: Develop and refine Now Assist AI skills, agents, and agentic workflows to reduce manual effort and streamline operational processes.
• Integrate Enterprise Systems: Create and manage robust integrations between ServiceNow and external applications using integration spokes or custom APIs.
• Support Agile Delivery & Upgrades: Collaborate in an Agile setting to build, test, and release solutions while conducting regular platform upgrades to ensure system performance and security.
