Job summary

Likas Yaman Service Corporation seeks a capable Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in Cavite. The role involves monitoring distributions, ensuring adequate handling units, and enforcing FIFO and GMP practices across shifts.

The ideal candidate has a college degree in a business-related field and at least two years of experience in logistics and warehousing. On-site work at SMY Glass Plant location in Cavite is required.

Qualifications

• College graduate with a business-related degree.
• At least 2 years experience in Logistics, Warehousing and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor warehouse distributions and operations per shift.
• Ensure sufficient handling units are available for warehousing requirements.
• Ensure FIFO is applied for FG/PM.
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practice inside & outside the warehouse.
• Be in-charge when Project Supervisor is not around.
• Ensure manpower per shift is complete.
• Ensure SOPs are implemented at all times.
• Meet warehouse SOPs.
• Check accuracy of production log sheets, MRFs and related documents.

• Directly reporting to Project Supervisor.
• Responsible in monitoring the warehouse distributions and operations per shift.
• Responsible for ensuring sufficient handling units are available for the warehousing requirements.

a. Production area to warehouse, vice versa.

b. Warehouse to loading bay, vice versa.

c. Deliveries to backload warehouse, vice versa.

• Conducts ocular inspection of the warehouse area every day.
• Responsible for the issuance of Delivery receipts.
• Ascertains the First In First (FIFO) system on FG/PM are applied.
• Shall be responsible in Good Manufacturing Practice inside & outside the warehouse.
• In-charge when Project Supervisor is not around.
• Ensuring the completeness of manning per shift.
• Ensures the standard operating procedures are implemented at all times.
• Meets warehouse Standard Operating Procedure
• Check the accuracy of production Log sheets, MRF's and other documents that are fundamentals.

Qualification

• College Graduate, preferably business related course
• At least 2 years experience in Logistics, Warehousing and Operations
