• Responsible for ensuring that the assigned forklift, spare batteries and its charger are always checked and monitored.
• Accountable and liable in monitoring/checking of Warehouse Zoning Plan for FG/PM.
• Responsible in staging FG/PM for delivery, transfer, issuance and storing.
• Responsible for moving the items with proper handling procedures to ensure that items will not get damage during transfer.
• Actively communicate with Supervisors and Dispatchers to effectively handle FG/PM and notify them of possible problems.
• See to it that proper stacking/piling of FG/PM is according to warehousing standards.
• Apply forklift safety handling procedures at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 1 year experience in Forklift Operation
• With NC II Certificate in HEO (Forklift)
• With valid professional driver's license
