Ci is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer in Cubao, Quezon City (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite) to join our engineering team. You will work across backend, frontend, and data initiatives, employing AI tools to build scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes mentoring, architecture input, and delivering high-quality software with modern workflows in a collaborative, global context.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong back-end development using Go, Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Knowledge of system design, architecture, and databases.
• Proficiency in at least one modern front-end framework (React, Vue.js, Next.js).
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
• Understanding of CI/CD practices and modern workflows.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who has a strong back-end foundation and solid front-end development experience to join our growing engineering team.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable back-end services and microservices.
• Build and enhance front-end applications using modern frameworks to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and security across the application stack.
• Contribute to data engineering initiatives, including data pipelines, ETL processes, and data modeling.
• Prototype and evaluate emerging technologies and AI-assisted development tools.
• Participate in architecture discussions and help drive technical decisions.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Champion engineering best practices, including clean code, automated testing, and CI/CD.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, Data Engineers, and global stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong back-end development experience using Go, Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices.

• Solid experience with at least one modern front-end framework such as:
