Job summary

CI&T in Cubao, Quezon City is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong backend and frontend experience to join our growing engineering team.

You will design, build, and maintain scalable services, work across data pipelines, and mentor junior engineers while adopting CI/CD, cloud, and AI-assisted development tools.

Qualifications

• At least five years of software engineering experience.
• Strong backend experience with Python, Java, C#, or Node.js.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Knowledge of system design, software architecture, and database management.
• Experience with column-oriented databases (HBase, ClickHouse).
• Hands-on with containerized architectures, especially Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, Next.js).
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with AWS or GCP.
• Understanding CI/CD practices and modern software workflows.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong back-end foundation and solid front-end development experience to join our growing engineering team.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable back-end services and microservices.

• Contribute to data engineering initiatives, including data pipelines, ETL processes, and data modeling.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of software engineering experience.

• Strong back-end development experience using Python (preferred), Java, C#, or Node.js.

• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices.

• Strong knowledge of system design, software architecture, and database management.

• Experience working with column-oriented databases, such as HBase or ClickHouse.

• Hands-on experience with containerized architectures, particularly Kubernetes. (Docker experience alone is not sufficient.)

• Solid experience with at least one modern front-end framework such as:

  • React

  • Vue.js

  • Next.js

• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Understanding of CI/CD practices and modern software development workflows.

• Experience working in Agile development environments.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with:

  • ETL processes

  • Data pipelines
