Job summary

Questronix Corporation 2 is seeking a Senior Technical Lead in Metro Manila to guide a development team, align technical direction, and coordinate with Product Owners and Solution Architects on cloud-native, microservice-based projects.

You will oversee deployments, review code, and ensure best practices while addressing bottlenecks in sprints. Strong Java/SpringBoot, Oracle, REST/JSON/XML experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum processes and ceremonies.
• Strong in Java and Spring/SpringBoot; relational databases (Oracle).
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD tools and API/microservice concepts (REST, JSON, XML).
• Proven ability to lead development teams and solve problems creatively.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team of developers, align technical direction, and provide leadership, support, and motivation.
• Work with Product Owners to develop provided user stories.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects on technical solution design within Enterprise Architecture framework.
• Liaise with team members, Delivery Leads, and Product Owners to ensure projects meet standards.
• Oversee deployments/new releases aligned with the product roadmap.
• Advise Delivery Leads, Product Owners, and team on technical implementation.
• Coordinate with App Support to address system issues.
• Document system design and technical specifications.
• Review code to ensure best practices and coding standards.
• Identify and remove bottlenecks affecting Sprint progress.
• Solve issues and develop workarounds and alternative solutions.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends.
