Job summary

Questronix Corporation 2 is seeking a Technical Lead to coach and mentor software engineers across mobile and backend domains. You will contribute to design, coding, reviews, and testing, collaborating with architects, testers, and SMEs to ensure timely delivery while elevating coding practices.

The role emphasizes unit test coverage, documentation of system components, and crafting features from low-hanging tickets in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Lead with domain-specific frameworks for mobile, backend, or Java
• Proficient in Java/Node/Dart and modern JS frameworks
• Experience writing unit tests and building CI/CD pipelines is a plus
• Familiar with Domain Driven Design, OOP, Design patterns, and SOLID principles
• Experience with Agile Scrum and REST API integration
• Strong collaboration and mentoring skills

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor Software Engineers
• Contribute to all stages of development: designing, coding, reviewing, and testing
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Testers, and SMEs to ensure product delivery; enhance coding practices
• Ensure software engineering standards are in place such as unit test coverage
• Document system components
• Create and maintain features (low hanging fruit/non critical path tickets)
