Cloudstaff is seeking a Japanese-speaking Supplier Operations Specialist to join our team. You will manage hotel reservations, blocks, and rate updates while monitoring inventory systems and sending forecasts to adjust allocations.

You will process partner updates and maintain precise records, working with internal teams to resolve issues and negotiate supplier rates. The role requires strong coordination, excellent communication, and fluency in Japanese.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 0–1 year travel industry experience or relevant exposure.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
