J-K NETWORK RECRUITMENT SERVICES AND CONSULTANCY, INC. is seeking a Japanese Project Manager (Innovation) in Taguig to drive new product development and packaging innovation for the Japan market.

The role entails coordinating with Japanese clients and cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches from concept to market. Requires strong marketing and managerial experience, plus exposure to NPD/CPG/FMCG packaging.

• Open to Japanese nationals located in the Philippines (visa processing available).

What are the requirements?

• Open to Filipino can speak Japanese, Conversational to Fluent
• Open to JLPT N1, N2, N3 Passer or Non-Passer
• Someone with a strong marketing background and Managerial experience
• Someone who has experience in new product development, CPG or FMCG industries, and packaging innovation is a big advantage
• Preferably coming from CPG or FMCG industries, and Beauty Products (Consumer Goods), but not required
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, project management, or related field
• Open to Japanese Nationals located here in the Philippines (Can Process Visa)

What are the job duties and responsibilities?

• Provide end-to-end project management support for products and packaging innovation projects
• Work with Japanese clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and market trends.
• Support and lead the innovation project team regarding development, enhancement, and launch of consumer goods products for the Japan market.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, IT, and sales teams to ensure successful product implementation.
• Regularly monitor innovation projects, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing improvements.
• Communicate product updates, timelines, and insights to stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation regarding the projects.
• Ensure that all product activities align with brand standards and business goals.
• Conduct lessons-learned reviews and incorporate findings into future projects for continuous improvement.
