• Native-level or near-native fluency in Japanese
• Strong command of English, including idiomatic expressions and cultural nuances.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate international projects, cases, and partnerships.
• Provide consecutive and simultaneous interpretation during production meetings, training sessions, and daily operations.
• Translate technical documents, manuals, safety guidelines, and production reports from Japanese to English (and vice versa). Support communication between Japanese Managers, and local employees in productions.
• Ensure translations are accurate, clear, and culturally appropriate.
• Help Japanese staff communicate quality standards, safety protocols, and operational procedures to local teams.
• Provide real-time interpretation during problem-solving discussions on production issues.
• Facilitate communication with global clients and partners, ensuring clarity in negotiations and project updates.
• Translate and interpret during client visits, audits, and business reviews.
• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports for international stakeholders.

Note: Compensation will be aligned with current wages of same/similar existing roles, and negotiable depending on the candidate's cul and quality delivery of aspirations during the interview.
