Job summary

J-K Network Services in Subic is seeking a Japanese interpreter/translator to support daily operations on site. The role involves facilitating communication between Japanese and Filipino staff and translating critical documents in a manufacturing environment.

The candidate should have at least 1 year of interpreter experience and strong written and spoken Japanese. Open to Filipinos with business-level Japanese, no JLPT required, and willingness to work in Subic.

Qualifications

• Language requirement to speak, read, and write Japanese at business level to fluent.
• JLPT certificate not required.
• Undergraduates may apply.
• Experience in a manufacturing firm is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to start as soon as possible.
• Knowledge of HR processes is a plus.
• At least 1 year experience as a Japanese interpreter/translator.
• Willing to work in Subic.

Responsibilities

• Provide interpretation for communication between Japanese and Filipino-speaking staff.
• Translate documents such as work instructions, contracts, manufacturing specifications and machine manuals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Japanese clients, guests, and auditors, handling inquiries and providing administrative support during site visits.
