Vikings Group of Companies in the Philippines is seeking a Chef de Partie – Japanese to lead the Japanese kitchen section, ensuring the quality, consistency, and presentation of Japanese dishes such as teriyaki, tempura and sashimi.

You will train and supervise Commis Chefs, uphold food safety standards, and collaborate with kitchen staff and management to maintain fast, excellent dining experiences. On-site role with flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, with immediate start.

Formación

• 2–3 years of CDP experience, preferably in Japanese cuisine.
• Proficient in preparing Japanese dishes including teriyaki, tempura, sashimi.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation and presentation.
• Ability to train and supervise Commis Chefs to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Good communication and teamwork; able to collaborate with kitchen staff and management.
• Immediate availability to start.
• Willing to be assigned to Vikings Greenhills.
