Job summary

J-K Network Services is seeking a Japanese Admin Coordinator to support Japanese patients at our clinic in BGC, Taguig. The role involves interpreting between Japanese and Filipino, greeting walk-ins, and handling confidential documents with discretion.

You will work onsite, five days a week, with a morning shift. English proficiency is required, and experience in medical interpreting is an advantage. JLPT N1/N2 passers are welcome, with visa support available.

Qualifications

• Must speak English fluently and be able to interpret between Japanese and Filipino.
• Open to JLPT N1/N2 passers or non-passers; interpretation experience is a plus.
• Willing to work onsite in Taguig and handle confidential documents.

Responsibilities

• Work as interpreter/translator for Japanese patients and doctors.
• Provide accurate interpretation between Japanese and Filipino.
• Greet walk-in Japanese patients and customers; prepare confidential reports.
