Job summary

Optum Global Solutions (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a Learning & Development Trainer to lead leadership development across IT Support Services. You will partner with stakeholders to assess needs, design curricula, and deliver high-impact learning experiences.

As ITSS SME in leadership development, you will own strategy, governance, and learning pathways while driving AI enablement and continuous improvement through data and innovative learning approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• Significant experience in leadership development, facilitation, learning strategy, organizational development, or talent development.
• Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating leadership development programs.
• Proven consulting, stakeholder management, presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence leaders and drive strategic capability-building initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder partnership and leadership needs analysis.
• Identify leadership capability needs with ITSS leaders, Operations, Quality, HR, and others.
• Conduct TNA, capability assessments, and learning consultations to define strategies.
• Provide recommendations on leadership readiness, succession, and workforce development.
• Design leadership learning pathways, competency frameworks, academies, and development journeys.
• Define curriculum architecture, objectives, assessments, and evaluation strategies.
• Serve as ITSS subject matter expert in leadership development and adult learning.
• Translate strategies into learning solutions with instructional designers.
• Review materials, ensure alignment with objectives and governance.
• Lead facilitator for leadership programs, onboarding, and coaching.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and blended sessions for various leadership levels.
• Coach leaders and mentor facilitators to promote excellence.
• Measure program effectiveness; leverage analytics and feedback; AI enablement for leadership.
• Identify innovative approaches to improve learning impact.
• Comply with employment terms and any policy directives.
