Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computers, printers, and other peripherals.
• Install and terminate network cabling (e.g., Cat6, fiber optic) and other physical network infrastructure.
• Set up and maintain network equipment, including routers, switches, and wireless access points.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on how to operate new hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity problems and manage user accounts and access permissions.
• Assist with the installation and configuration of audiovisual equipment in classrooms and meeting spaces.
• Document all technical procedures, repairs, and network configurations.
