IT Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced and hands‑on IT Team Leader to oversee and guide our onsite IT team in Bulacan. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT operations, strong leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving. This role requires a balance of technical expertise and people management, ensuring smooth IT support, project implementation, and system reliability.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the onsite IT support team, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues
Plan, coordinate, and implement IT projects aligned with business goals
Oversee hardware/software maintenance, upgrades, and system configurations
Troubleshoot escalated issues related to LAN/WAN, iOS/Windows systems, printers, and other network equipment
Manage and maintain network equipment including Cisco and Meraki devices
Coordinate with other departments and vendors for IT‑related needs
Monitor and enforce IT security protocols, ensuring data privacy and compliance
Develop and improve helpdesk processes and reporting systems
Create documentation for systems, configurations, and internal policies
Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements

Desirable Skills and Experience

Must‑haves

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of IT experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role
Strong technical knowledge in:
- LAN and WAN setup and troubleshooting
- iOS and Windows configuration
