Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant IT support experience.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Windows Server and batch scripting.
• Basic SQL knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• E-commerce industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and applications.
• Assist users in resolving technical concerns and provide guidance when needed.
