Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking an IT Systems Subject Matter Expert for SAP B1 focused on F&B Inventory & BOM. This role will bridge IT, supply chain, and store operations to maintain SAP B1 inventory structures, BOMs, and support new store rollouts.

You will configure and optimize SAP B1 modules, lead rollout projects, and ensure seamless data integrations across POS, RMS, and ERP systems. This position requires hands-on SAP B1 expertise and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of specialized experience in F&B inventory systems, supply chain IT, and store rollout executions.
• Hands-on experience with SAP B1 and related SAP modules.

• Location: Mandaluyong, Metro Manila

Role Overview

The IT Systems SME (F&B Inventory & BOM) will serve as the core technical expert bridging IT, Supply Chain, and Store Operations by maintaining SAP B1 inventory architectures, BOM structures, and new store rollouts.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize the SAP B1 Inventory and Bill of Materials (BOM) system modules.
• Lead system rollouts, process standardization, and technical setup for new F&B store openings and supply chain workflows.
• Troubleshoot and manage data integrations between Point of Sale (POS), RMS, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of specialized experience in F&B inventory systems, supply chain IT, and store rollout executions.
• High proficiency and hands-on technical experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1).
