Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS or related field.
• 2–4 years in systems administration, application support, or IT systems management.
• Strong understanding of business systems, ERP, and databases.
• Knowledge of system integration, APIs, and basic networking.
• Experience with ERP or retail/property management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support business systems, enterprise applications, and databases.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system incidents and user concerns promptly.
• Manage user access, configurations, and security controls per standards.
• Coordinate system updates, patches, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with vendors, developers, and service providers for support.
• Ensure data integrity, backups, and disaster recovery are tested.
• Prepare technical documentation, configurations, and user manuals.
• Support system implementation projects from requirements to post-launch.
• Provide training and orientation to end-users and stakeholders.
• Work with business units to identify process improvements and tech solutions.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards and security best practices.
