Job summary

Cooee Inc. is seeking an IT Systems Administrator in Iloilo with hands-on experience managing Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure.

You will ensure secure, scalable operations, automate tasks, and support enterprise applications across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. You’ll work across Proxmox, Kubernetes, Docker, and VoIP tools, while maintaining Active Directory/LDAP and web servers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years managing corporate IT infrastructure or technical operations.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network infrastructure for Windows and Linux servers.
• Provision, configure, lifecycle-manage, and troubleshoot enterprise Windows and Linux server fleets.
• Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance, and resolve networking, software, and access gaps.
• Harden security with patches and automation.
• Deploy software updates across desktop and server fleet.
• Design and audit network configurations, including routing and switches.
• Provide Tier-3 technical support and act as infrastructure consultant for staff.
• Assist with data integrations and diagnose system communications issues.
• Administer identity and productivity tools (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
• Scale hypervisor and container environments (Proxmox, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Manage Active Directory and LDAP authentication mappings.
• Maintain VoIP systems (Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio).
• Create automation scripts (Bash, Python) to improve reliability.
• Maintain web services (Apache, Nginx).
• Document SOPs and architecture diagrams.
