Job summary

Cooee Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to install, configure and maintain hardware, software and network infrastructure across Windows and Linux servers.

This role emphasizes virtualization, cloud-based admin, network security and automation. You will manage Proxmox, Kubernetes, Docker clusters, Active Directory/LDAP, Open-source VoIP (Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio), and automation scripts in Bash and Python to keep systems reliable.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years managing high-uptime IT platforms and corporate server infrastructure.
• Knowledge of modern OS, cloud networks, routing and VLANs.
• Experience with virtualization, cloud administration, security and automation.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers and desktops.
• Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance; fix networking and access gaps.
• Harden security via patches and programmatic updates.
• Coordinate updates and software deployments across fleets.
• Design and audit network configurations including routing and switches.
• Provide Tier-3 technical support to department heads and staff.
• Assist with data integrations and system communication fixes.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments.
• Scale hypervisor and container environments (Proxmox, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Manage Active Directory and LDAP domain authentication.
• Maintain VoIP channels using Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio.
• Develop Bash/Python automation scripts to improve reliability.
