Job summary

Cosmetique Asia Corporation is seeking an IT Developer Specialist to lead end-to-end IT projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. The role collaborates with business units to design scalable solutions and ensure secure IT operations.

The successful candidate will implement technology enhancements, provide technical support, and drive process automation to improve efficiency and data integrity. Onsite work in Quezon City is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT/CS/IS/CE or related field.
• Experience in system implementation, application support, infrastructure, or IT project management is preferred.
• Knowledge in programming languages such as PHP, JavaScript, Python, SQL, or similar technologies is an advantage.
• Familiarity with databases, APIs, networking concepts, and system integrations.
• Understanding of project management methodologies is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
• Can work fully onsite in Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into IT solutions.
• Lead design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of IT systems.
• Provide technical support and ensure secure operations across IT resources.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors on project deliverables and timelines.
• Lead UAT and ensure readiness before production launches.
• Maintain documentation and conduct user training as needed.
