Job summary

AVENSYS CONSULTING INC. is seeking an IT Systems Support Analyst for a permanent, hybrid role based in Makati City, PH.

The candidate will join a team focusing on IT systems support, application development, and production support while collaborating with stakeholders and vendors. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT systems support, strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Azure administration, and the ability to work across multiple domains including business analysis and low-code

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in IT systems support or related areas.
• Experience with Loyalty/Mobility platforms, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Azure administration.
• Experience with production support and business analysis.
• Strong stakeholder engagement; interacts with vendors and internal customers.
• Proficient in low-code development and basic programming concepts.
• Knowledge of MS Azure Cloud, Ansible Roles, sFTP, and SQL queries.

Role: IT Systems Support Analyst
Employment Type: Permanent
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners/ 1 months
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days work from office)
Shift: Day Shift (8AM – 5PM PHT)
Work Location: Makati City, PH

Mandatory skills:

Experience with Loyalty/Mobility platforms, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Azure administration.
Experience with IT System Support and Application Development.
Experience with Production Support and Business Analysis.

Required Skills:

• At least 5+ years’ experience with technical and/or business knowledge in 2 or more areas e.g., card systems, payment systems, mobile app, testing and integration, business analysis, production support with good overarching understanding on retail petroleum marketing and store systems.
• Strong stakeholder engagement; proactively collaborates with external (3rd party support and vendors) and internal customers.
• Technical writing - Being able to communicate complex ideas, status of issues and changes in a clear way (oral and written) to all levels of staff across the org.
• Independent, organized, and multi-tasker. Ability to work effectively and proactively in a multi-functional setting.
• Ability to do low code, develop and understand programming languages is preferred.
• Working knowledge of IRM technical controls.
• Working knowledge and experience in managing resources and pipelines of MS Azure Cloud and Ansible Roles
• Working knowledge and understanding of journeys and data extensions of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience handling end to end project execution for Mobile Application development and support.
• Working knowledge and understanding of Secure File Transfer Protocol (sFTP) used for exchanging data, and SQL Database queries and table is preferred.
