MicroSourcing is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Ortigas, Pasig City, with a hybrid work setup and night shift. You will set up and maintain projects in OpenAir, ensure data accuracy, support billing processes, and collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Operations to keep project information aligned with contracts.

Responsibilities

• Project Setup: Create new projects in OpenAir based on approved contracts and SOWs; enter project details; review contracts; update existing projects.
• Data Quality & Audits: Perform routine audits; identify discrepancies; maintain data quality standards.
• User Administration: Set up new users and permissions; process updates and offboarding.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Coordinate with Sales, Delivery, Finance, HR, and Operations to meet setup requirements.
• General System Support: Assist users with OpenAir questions; maintain SOPs; support special projects.
• Billing Support: Assist with project billing preparation and validation; verify billing data.

Position Overview

The IT Support Specialist is responsible for setting up and maintaining projects in OpenAir (SuiteProjects Pro), ensuring project information matches approved contracts and internal requirements. This role works closely with Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Operations teams to maintain accurate project data, support billing processes, perform system audits, and manage user access. This position requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to follow established processes.

Responsibilities

Project Setup

• Create new projects in OpenAir based on approved contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Enter project details including customer information, billing terms, project dates, budgets, and assigned resources.
• Review contracts and compare information to project setup to ensure accuracy.
• Update existing projects as changes are approved.

Data Quality & Audits

• Perform routine audits of projects to ensure information is complete and accurate.
• Identify and report discrepancies between contracts and system records.
• Maintain data quality standards and follow established procedures.

User Administration

• Set up new users and assign appropriate system permissions.
• Process user updates and offboarding requests.
• Maintain user records and access controls.

Cross-Functional Communication

• Communicate with Sales, Delivery, Finance, HR, and Operations teams regarding project setup requirements.
• Follow up on missing information needed to create or update projects.
• Escalate issues or discrepancies when necessary.

General System Support

• Assist users with basic OpenAir questions and troubleshooting.
• Maintain process documentation and follow standard operating procedures.
• Support special projects and system cleanup activities as assigned.

Billing Support

• Assist with project billing preparation and validation.
• Review project data to ensure billing information is accurate.
• Support Finance by researching project setup and billing questions.
