TaskUs is seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Student Trainee to join onsite at our Meycauayan, Bulacan location. The role bridges classroom theory with real-world IT operations under the guidance of experienced professionals.

You will gain hands-on experience in hardware lifecycle management, asset compliance, and onsite infrastructure support within a fast-paced corporate environment. This onsite program requires active student participation and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Must have an active endorsement letter from the University/College OJT Coordinator.
• Eager to learn professional IT operations and workplace etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Hardware Lifecycle Support: assist end-to-end hardware refresh including imaging and deployment.
• Asset & Inventory Compliance: conduct physical audits and maintain accurate records.
• Equipment Logistics: support WFH initiatives with equipment testing and distribution.
• Onsite Infrastructure Assistance: assist with cable management and safe transport of IT assets.
• Physical Setup & Maintenance: ensure boardroom AV and teleconferencing equipment are ready.
