Select VoiceCom in Philippines seeks an IT Support professional to manage and maintain workstations, troubleshoot hardware/software, and support day-to-day user needs. You will handle server administration, backups, and software installations while coordinating IT projects with clients.

The role requires a BS Information Technology or related degree, and at least 6 months of IT support experience, with flexibility to work full-time and weekends.

• At least 6 months of IT Support experience.
• Willing to work full-time.
• Flexibility to work any shift and on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor Windows and Linux servers.
• Computer/Network maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Data backup and recovery.
• Office software installation.
• Performs monthly preventive maintenance (software/hardware).
• Configuration and installation of local extensions.
• Coordinate IT support and project setup with clients.
• User desktop support during shifts and monitor LAN/WAN connections.
• Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and Monitors on both Windows and Linux Server.
• Computer/Network Maintenance and Troubleshooting.
• Data Backup and Recovery.
• Office software Installation.
• Performs monthly preventive maintenance (Software/Hardware).
• Performs configuration and installation of local extensions.
• Coordinates the clients on IT support and project setup requirements.
• User desktop support during shifts and Monitoring LAN/WAN connections.
• Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.
