Job summary

MCI Career Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an IT Support Executive to provide day-to-day system support and troubleshooting. Training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to develop their technical support experience.

You will troubleshoot issues via remote tools, phone, and email; monitor system functions; review reports for discrepancies; and assist with software upgrades and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with MS SQL.
• Experience using remote support tools and applications is preferred.
• Good communication skills, particularly when providing support via phone and email.
• Able to work independently and manage assigned support tasks effectively.
