AboitizPower is seeking an Project Implementation Lead to drive day-to-day execution within CX Enterprise from Cebu City. You will track activities, manage open items, facilitate issue resolution, and coordinate stakeholders to progress deliverables and user stories to completion.

You will collaborate with Customer Experience Group to deliver results, create community impact, and grow your skills in a supportive environment focused on energy future.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Management Eng, IT, or related 4-year course.
• At least 2 years experience in project coordination, implementation, or PM support.
• Leadership: managed projects with an executive sponsor and 5+ cross-functional members.

Responsibilities

• Develops the Project Charter and Project Management Plan with key stakeholders.
• Uses PM strategies/tools to ensure timely delivery and milestone achievement.
• Supports governance with complete business and technical requirements docs.
• Drives progress through issue resolution, tracking, and escalation.
• Collaborates with partners/vendors to meet onboarding and code of conduct standards.

As Project Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for driving day-to-day project execution within CX Enterprise by tracking activities, managing open items, facilitating issue resolution, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring that project deliverables, tasks, and user stories move forward to completion. You will work closely with Customer Experience Group to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Project Management

  • Develops the Project Charter and Project Management Plan in collaboration with the key project stakeholders to gather data, define the project intent, direction, risks, success metrics, and high-level planning information such as scope, deliverables, organization, cost, and assumptions.

  • Uses different project management strategies and tools to ensure quality and timely delivery of solution/s based on the project schedule, monitors and reports progress to ensure that deliverables and milestones are completed as planned.

  • Supports Enterprise governance by ensuring that business user and technical requirements are complete with necessary documentation, approvals, and sign-offs

• Stakeholder and Partner Management

  • Drives the identified Project Team/s through effective progress tracking, issue resolution and escalation, and change management

  • Works with partners/vendors to ensure compliance with the company’s vendor accreditation and onboarding standards, and code of conduct.

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor of Science in Industrial or Management Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or any 4-year related course

• Professional: At least 2 years experience in project coordination, project implementation, business analysis, product delivery, or project management support.

• Leadership: Managed projects with an executive sponsor and at least 5 cross-functional project team members

• Training attendance in globally accepted Project Management Standards (e.g. PMBOK, PRINCE2, SCRUM). Certification on PM standards, an advantage
