The incumbent will collaborate with stakeholders to define SLAs and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s or Bachelor’s in MCA/BCA or BE/Tech with 3+ years in IT management, including 2–3 years in a team

Qualifications

• Masters or Bachelor’s degree in MCA/BCA or BE/Tech.
• Minimum 3+ years in IT management with 2–3 years in a team‑lead/managerial role.
• Strong troubleshooting, vendor management, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end IT service delivery and ensure timely incident resolution.
• Lead a team of IT technicians; provide coaching and performance reviews.
• Define SLAs and operational procedures with stakeholders.
• Implement ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.
• Improve incident response time through process optimization and training.
• Monitor service metrics and report performance; manage vendor relations.
• Budget planning and allocation for IT projects; guide team members.
