Job summary

SAN MIGUEL HOLDINGS CORP. is seeking an IT Business Analyst/Project Manager to review and prioritize IT requests from Infrastructure subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with corporate IT policies and standards.

You will coordinate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, assess feasibility, and recommend cost-effective IT solutions that align with the organization's roadmap while complying with security, compliance, and ISO 27001 standards. This role supports project-based engagements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Two or more years of experience as a Business Analyst or IT Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze IT requests from Infrastructure subsidiaries to determine feasibility and priority.
• Ensure requests comply with security, compliance, and budgetary guidelines.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and business impact.
• Assess technical feasibility of requested IT solutions, software, hardware, and services.
• Recommend cost-effective and scalable IT solutions aligned with the technology roadmap.
• Collaborate with IT vendors and service providers to validate solution viability.
• Ensure IT requests adhere to company policies and ISO 27001.
• Maintain documentation and records of IT requests for audit and compliance purposes.
• Act as the primary liaison for IT request approvals and timely responses.
• Liaise with IT Representatives, department heads, and vendors to facilitate implementation.
• Monitor ongoing IT projects and ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualification
