Job summary

Infinitecare Technology Solutions, Inc. seeks an IT Solutions Engineer to support the implementation and integration of IT solutions across enterprise environments in Cebu City.

The role involves gathering requirements, creating technical docs, and assisting with BOM and SOW preparation. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, 1–2 years in IT or systems integration, and willingness to conduct site visits and provide remote support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EE/EC required.
• 1–2 years experience in IT industry or systems integrator environments.
• Datacenter training or certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of datacenter concepts and auxiliary equipment.
• Ability to assist in solution design, requirements gathering, documentation, and BOM/SOW prep.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, planning and attention to detail skills.
• Effective communication, presentation, and collaboration with clients and technical teams.
• Willingness for site visits, remote support, product demos and PoC activities.

• 1 to 2 years experience in IT Industry, Systems Integrator Companies
• Relevant professional license is an advantage but not required
• Training or certification in datacenter technologies is preferred
• Strong understanding of Datacenter concepts including the auxiliary equipment
• Ability to assist in solution design, requirements gathering, technical documentation, and preparation of BOM and SOW
• Good analytical, problem-solving, planning, and attention-to-detail skills
• Effective communication, presentation, and collaboration skills for working with clients, internal teams, and technical stakeholders
• Willingness to conduct site visits, remote support, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept activities
