The role requires strong programming knowledge (PHP, Java, C#, Python), SDLC mastery, cloud experience, and excellent leadership abilities. You will coordinate with business leaders to implement customized software solutions while ensuring security and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
• Proficient in PHP, Java, C#, Python; SQL and web/mobile technologies.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms.
• Familiarity with system architecture and database design.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Tabaco City, Albay.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers, engineers, and IT specialists.
• Assemble project teams and oversee project plans with QA, communications, change management, and risk handling.
• Oversee the planning, development, and execution of IT solutions and software projects.
• Collaborate with business leaders to tailor IT solutions to needs.
• Develop architectural frameworks, manage system integration, and ensure scalability and security.
