You will provide day-to-day support for business applications and maintain system reliability. You will analyze incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with stakeholders on requirements, testing, deployments, and post-production support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, IS, Engineering or related field.
• Experience in application support, systems analysis, business analysis, or a related IT role.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, Snowflake).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for business applications, ensuring system availability and operational efficiency.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve application incidents and user-reported concerns.
• Monitor integrations, interfaces, and scheduled processes for reliability; perform root-cause analysis and propose fixes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and support needs; act as liaison between business and IT.
• Participate in testing, deployments, and post-production support.
• Develop and analyze operational reports and dashboards; seek opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
