Transition Management

Transition Management Capability

• Demonstrated experience in IT Service Transition Management, with a strong understanding of ITIL Service Transition principles, operational readiness, and support handover processes.


• Proven experience managing end-to-end transition activities for new applications, infrastructure, cloud services, and technology initiatives from project delivery to steady-state operations.


• Ability to assess operational readiness, identify transition risks, and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful onboarding into support operations.


• Experience in planning, coordinating, and governing knowledge transfer (KT) activities, including documentation reviews, walkthroughs, hands-on sessions, and competency assessments.


• Strong understanding of IT Service Management processes, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Configuration Management, Project Management and Service Level Management.
