Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer applications or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a Service Desk role.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, AD, and basic network concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide Windows OS support for desktops and laptops.
• Deliver desktop application support and troubleshooting.
• Manage Windows AD access and permissions.
• Handle call and email support requests.
• Address IT queries and provide timely resolutions.
• Coordinate IT communications and incident alerts.
• Escalate issues as required and track resolutions.
• Verify accuracy of users' IT asset information.
