Job summary

Manulife Financial is seeking an IT Service Delivery Lead to drive day-to-day service delivery for assigned technology teams within the Global Technology group. You will ensure priorities are managed, deliverables met, and SLAs upheld for in-market business partners.

You will oversee enterprise applications, development, production support, data platforms, cybersecurity, and technology risk management, while guiding teams and stakeholders through delivery challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading technology teams in enterprise apps, development, production support, data management/engineering, cybersecurity, or tech risk management.
• Strong stakeholder management and team leadership with ability to influence outcomes.
• Knowledge of Azure environments is an advantage.
• Hybrid work setup with onsite presence three times per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead service delivery plans for assigned technology teams to meet SLAs with the Business Unit.
• Manage day-to-day delivery priorities, ensure work is assigned, monitored and completed on time.
• Lead teams supporting enterprise technology services including application support, software development, data platforms, cybersecurity, or tech risk management functions.
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, manage risks, and address delivery challenges.
• Promote a collaborative, inclusive, accountable team environment with continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership and guidance, clarify expectations, remove blockers, escalate risks as needed.
• Own service delivery tracking, updates, resource visibility, performance monitoring and reporting.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence, stability, and service quality.
