Job summary

We Search Searchers Staffers Corp seeks an IT Security Lead to safeguard the organization’s digital assets and strengthen its security posture. The role collaborates with the SOC provider and internal teams to manage security operations, risks, incidents, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities include leading infrastructure and network security (firewalls, SIEM, VPNs), conducting risk assessments, developing security policies, monitoring incidents, and guiding junior CSIRT staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CCNA, ITIL, SANS, or ISO preferred.
• Strong knowledge of network security, SIEM, firewalls, vulnerability management, incident response, and security policies.
• Strong communication, analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure and network security, including firewalls, IPS, SIEM, VPNs, access controls, and monitoring systems.
• Conduct security risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Develop and enforce BYOD and information security policies.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, malware, and vulnerabilities.
• Manage and tune SIEM alerts and support incident response and investigations.
• Assess AI-related security risks and recommend appropriate controls.
• Coordinate security awareness training and phishing campaigns.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior security/CSIRT members.
• Participate in endpoint forensics and security investigations.
