solaireresort is seeking a security operations specialist to be the first responder to cyber incidents and threats. You will support IT security programs, policies, and procedures and help protect digital assets across on-prem and cloud environments.

You will monitor security posture, analyze metrics, and mitigate risks before breaches occur, using tools like firewall, EDR, and security gateways. Collaboration with teams and clear communication are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related IT discipline.
• Over two years of hands-on experience in IT Security Operations and threat monitoring.
• Experience handling security incidents and forensic log analysis, with strong detection skills.

Support the Security Operations, be the first responder to cyber incidents and threats, as well as implement and execute all duties in line with existing IT Security Programs, policies, and procedures as instructed by the Manager, IT Security or Director, IT Security Risk & Compliance. Responsible for ensuring that the company's digital and computing assets are protected from unauthorized access and malware infection. This includes securing both online and on-prem infrastructures, analyzing metrics and data to filter out suspicious activity, monitoring technical security posture across the infrastructure, and finding and mitigating risks before breaches occur.

Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or any related IT discipline With more than two (2) years of hands-on experience in IT Security Operations, Cybersecurity threats monitoring, incident handling, forensic log analysis, detection

Strong working knowledge of all IT Security Tools (Web Application Firewall, Email Security Gateway, Web Security Gateway, Endpoint Detection & Response, Privileged Access Management, Vulnerability and Patch Management Solution, Managed Security Operation Center (MSOC) alerts monitoring and remediation)

Knowledgeable in Infra Security, Operating Systems, virtualization, network architecture, cloud technologies, Network Security, TCP/IP and OSI layers Proficient in MS Office productivity tools, business applications, and monitoring applications

Relevant certifications - CompTIA Security+, Certified Ethical Hacker (CeH), or equivalent is an advantage Ability to document findings, create security incident reports and can communicate clearly to technical and non-technical Knowledge of security processes and procedures relating to change management Diligent attention to customer satisfaction, a high level of service orientation and professionalism Professional conduct and communication to work respectfully with high-profile employees Proven ability to work independently
