Job summary

Microgenesis is seeking an IT Sales Specialist in the Philippines to support the sales team and qualify new leads for sales opportunities. You will identify potential clients, understand their needs, and align IT solutions with business objectives to drive revenue.

Responsibilities include customer support, sales assistance, product knowledge, order processing, CRM entry, and inter-department collaboration to ensure timely delivery and achievement of targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, I.T or similar course related to the business
• At least 1 year of experience in Sales
• Able to deal with internal and external clients

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, addressing their needs, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist the Senior Account Manager with administrative tasks such as preparing quotes, proposals, processing client purchase orders and preparing bidding documents.
• Stay up-to-date with the company’s products and services, understanding their features, benefits, and unique selling points to effectively communicate them to potential customers.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any order-related issues.
• Generate sales report, sales forecasts, encode and update all opportunities in the CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, finance, business solutions managers, technical service department, project management department, sales operation and logistics to ensure smooth sales operation and timely delivery of products and services to our customers.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall revenue goals.
