Job summary

GECO Asia Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Philippines. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and technology roles across the APAC region, sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.

You will screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and build a robust pipeline of qualified IT professionals while ensuring a positive candidate experience and accurate ATS records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably IT/Technology.
• Experience hiring across the APAC region.

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates for various technology positions while partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure timely and successful placements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and technology-related roles across the APAC region
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, market trends, and hiring challenges
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, IT, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT/Technology recruitment
• Experience hiring candidates across the APAC region
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS platforms
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
