Job summary

Rising Tide Digital, Inc. is seeking an IT Agile Project Manager to plan, execute, and oversee IT initiatives that support digital services and enterprise technology solutions.

You will align scope, schedule, and cost with business objectives while coordinating with internal IT teams and external vendors. You will lead Agile ceremonies, manage risks, monitor progress, and report KPIs to leadership, ensuring IT governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in digital services or enterprise technology.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and traditional project management methodologies (Waterfall, PMP).
• Experience managing scope, schedule, cost, and integration in IT projects.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service agreements.
• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello for Agile project management.
• Understanding of digital services technologies, cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise IT systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Job Summary:

The IT Agile Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing IT projects that support digital services and enterprise technology solutions. This role ensures that project scope, schedule, cost, and integration align with business objectives while effectively managing vendor relationships and stakeholder expectations. The Agile Project Manager will work closely with internal IT teams, external vendors, and cross-functional business units to deliver high quality technology solutions through Agile methodologies. Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and cost estimates, ensuring alignment with business priorities.

Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Ensure Agile best practices are applied, optimizing team efficiency and delivering incremental value.

Track project milestones and deliverables while managing risks and dependencies.

Ensure project alignment with IT governance and compliance standards.

2. Scope, Schedule, and Cost Management

• Define project scope and manage changes through a structured change control process.
• Monitor project schedules and proactively address deviations to ensure on-time delivery.
• Track budgets and ensure projects are delivered within approved financial limits.
• Report key performance indicators (KPIs) and progress updates to leadership.

3. Integration & Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project updates, aligning project outcomes with business needs.
• Foster strong relationships with executive sponsors, business leaders, and technical teams.
• Facilitate effective communication and conflict resolution among stakeholders.

4. Vendor & Partner Management

• Manage third-party vendors, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Coordinate with external partners for the successful implementation of technology solutions.
• Evaluate vendor performance, ensuring quality deliverables and cost-effectiveness.

5. Risk Management & Continuous Improvement

• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans.
• Drive process improvements and encourage a culture of continuous learning within project teams.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
