Job summary

Rising Tide Digital, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead software development and system integration initiatives in Mandaluyong, Philippines. This is a 6-month contractual engagement with a hybrid work setup (2 days onsite, 3 days WFH).

You will manage cross-functional teams, drive Agile processes, coordinate releases, UAT, migrations, and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time delivery within scope.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years in IT project management focusing on software development & systems integration.
3+ years leading Scrum/Agile teams (Scrum Master/Agile PM).
Proven delivery of cross-functional software projects across web/mobile/enterprise systems.
Experience managing cross-functional teams within a PMO is a plus.
