Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of any four-year degree in IT, Management, Economics, Accountancy or Business-related courses.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years as Project Manager.
• Other Skills: Technology savviness; knowledge of project management methodologies; ability to work under deadlines; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure SLA are achieved and user’s expectations are met.
• Review, assess and evaluate all RFC.

• Develop systems based on functional specifications.
• Keep system documentation and technical specs updated and complete.

• Perform duties per latest manual of operations and any additional assignments by management.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensure SLA are achieved and user’s expectations are met.

2. Review, assess and evaluate all Request for Changes (RFC).

3. Responsible for the implementation of change requests.

4. Assess and implement parameter changes in accordance with the established matrix.

5. Effectively manage projects within the limitations of scope, budget, time and risk.

6. Ensure that systems are developed based on the functional specifications.

7. Ensure that systemdocumentation including technical specificationsare updated and complete.

8. Ensure that project deliverables are submitted per defined milestones.

9. Ensure that program version is maintained and up to date.

10. Ensure latest version of critical records are backed up in NASSVR

11. Perform duties and responsibilities required under the latest manual of operations pertaining to the position

12. Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

Education Graduate of any four (4) year degree Information Technology course or any Management, Economics, Accountancy or any Business-related courses.

Experience Minimum of 2 years-experience as Project Manager
